Please select training runs appropriate to your ability, if in doubt please ask; don't wreck your chances by over training, especially in the early days.
Do ensure that you wear clothing suitable to the run and conditions and bring your own drinks/sustenance.
All training runs available to all members whether or not they are taking part in any marathon.
Unless otherwise indicated training runs start at the Lookout at 9:30am, but check website and listen to announcements for any variations.
In addition to the above there is club training on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, check website for details.
At the Virgin London Marathon BFR members will be manning the elite drinks station at around 22 miles and baggage buses at the finish, so lots of friendly faces on the day.
The club will organise coaches to the start and for the return trip to Bracknell athletics track car park, further details to follow.

Usual disclaimers of course. The club, its officials and helpers take no responsibility for loss, damage, injury or death as a result of anyone taking part in any training organised by the club or during any of the organised events listed above.

Good luck and remember to enjoy both your training and the day.
