Bracknell Forest Runners

The last Berkshire Marathon in Ben Smith's EPIC challenge - it's a Friday so please book the time off work!

Run commences at 10am at the Oakwood centre - this is the same location as the Woodley parkrun - it's the cafe next to it.

Car sharers to meet at Bracknell Sports Centre at 8:50am to depart by 9am to allow for Friday morning traffic.

Pay and display parking available opposite the Oakwood centre and is £4 for the whole day (up to 10 hours)

All runners are reminded to bring adequate hydration and nutrition for the distance they plan to run along with cash to buy lunch.

This is a great opportunity for all autumn marathoners to put in a last longest run before they taper - anyone who is doing Amsterdam this is 4 weeks before so absolutely perfect and a great, no rpessure, social environment to pull out a 20+ miler if you so desire.

For the first time in marathon trianing I am planning to do the full distacne prior to the race - hope lots of you all can join in
