We will be introducing a new group tonight, which will run at 12-13 min mile and will be lead by Sarah Luscombe.
This means we have;
Run / walk - lead by Rachel Stockdale
12-13 mm - lead by Sarah Luscombe
11 mm - lead by Georgina Readings
10 mm - leader designated on the night
8-9 mm - leader designated on the night (Jon is away this week)
