Reach your ideal weight and running training group

Hi Everyone

Whilst I have been injured I have had more time on my hands
so decided to get myself qualified as a sports nutritionist. This is not
remotely related to my day job but I thought that coaching running and
nutrition go hand in hand.

We all know that being at your ideal weight will make you
fitter, faster and more resilient to wear and tear. However it’s hard to
balance weight loss with training and racing.

The diet industry is big business and it expected to reach
£220 billion by 2017. If everyone that went on a diet reached their idea weight
then they would go out of business so they rely on returning customers. It’s
also very confusing as people try and fail at one diet they have to come up
with another. So you get low carb, high carb, low fat, high fat diets all with
claims that conflict each other.

 I would like to run a
“Reach your ideal weight and running training group”.  The aim is to balance your individual
nutritional needs with you training and racing plans.

I am of course not going to charge for this and
just genuinely want to help people. I need to see how much interest there would
be in the club for this. If you are interested and would like to find out more
