Wednesday night run

If you aren't taking part in the 5km Time Trial we will be headed over to the Lookout for an hours run.
We will be going over, whatever the weather this week.
For safety reasons if the group is too big I will split it in two, one slightly quicker than 12mm the other slightly slower.
I strongly suggest applying insect repellant beforehand.
