Wednesday night run

For anyone who isn't running Yateley or doing the track session, this weeks run will again head over to The Lookout.
We will meet at the Track at 18.30 for a 18.45 depart after the notifications. Naomi, Denise and Martin will be leading the run.
It will be an hours run at between 11-12 min miles.
